María Mercedes Gómez
35 years of experience in the social and financial sectors.
She was a co-founder and president of Bancamía for 10 years and has served on the boards of 36 entities.
She is currently a principal member of the boards of Corporación Transformar, Club de Banqueros y Empresarios, and Financiera Confianza in Peru.

Claudio Higuera
For 22 years, he participated in the creation and management of the second-tier cooperative Emprender, specializing in supporting the microfinance industry in Colombia.
He also created the Asomicrofinanzas guild and was its first president. He currently serves on the board of a banking institution.

Miguel Achury
30 years of experience in the financial sector and 10 in organizational consulting specializing in financial institutions, microfinance, and the social economy.
He has held leadership roles in guilds such as ASOBANCARIA and ASOMICROFINANZAS. He is a member of the Superior Council of Microenterprises of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism of Colombia.
He is a professor at the Universidad de los Andes in the areas of financial management and banking, and a regular speaker on topics of business management, microfinance, and financial inclusion.

Camilo Plazas
He has worked for over 20 years in the most important advertising agencies and has been honored with the most relevant awards in his profession.
He is currently the Chief Growth Officer at BBDO Mexico. He is the Founder of Agencia Interna.

Joshua Mitriotti
Over 20 years of experience working in highly complex contexts in the public and business sectors.
He has extensive knowledge in negotiation and dialogue with different sectors to build common ground and resolve disputes.
He directed the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia, was a member of the negotiating team in the Havana dialogues, and served as the Director of Reintegration at the Colombian Agency for Reintegration.
He managed the Community Work Unit at the High Presidential Council for Reintegration and coordinated the Public Policy for the Prevention of Human Rights at the Ministry of the Interior and Justice.
In 2002, he was a Community Defender in Bojayá (Chocó). In the private sector, he was the Director of Public Affairs at the international consulting firm Burson Marsteller, President and founder of BO Consulting SAS, and Managing Director of the Public Affairs Practice at FTI Consulting.
